Hungry Mother Kitchen
Katie Taricani-Hickey is Hungry Mother Kitchen. Her boutique bakery specializes in crafting custom cakes and treats for various celebrations. Katie wanted something that was fun and memorable, very much like herself, so why not embody her spirit and soul within the mark?
We started out with creating Katie into an easily recognizable and quirky illustration that she can use throughout her branding and promotional items.
Hungry Mother uses whole ingredients and cuts no corners – making everything from scratch. Being small allows Katie the flexibility to experiment with new techniques and ingredients to ensure a perfect cake for every client.
Katie needed signage that would eventually become her storefront when she was ready to expand her operations.
